Assignment
Lynn Laakkonen, Instructor
From the set of electronic resources explored, select and produce:
a one page "advertisement" for one resource using Microsoft Publisher
a 3-5 page slide "commercial" for another resource using PowerPoint.
Be sure to incorporate answers to these guiding questions into your production:
Is the resource more useful to you as a student of education, a practicing educator, or as a teaching tool? (Some resources may be useful for more than one purpose.)
Is the resource a subscription database, a public domain website, or a web-based tool?
Give an example of how you might use one of the resources to prepare a lesson in a particular subject area (math, history, science, social studies/geography, language arts/English, or music/art.)
In what other subject areas might the same resource be useful to you as a teacher resource or a teaching tool?
